Here is one of my drawings that I did in Photoshop. I started out with a picture of a girl for reference. Then I begin to outline, lay blocks of color, and then slowly layer all those colors. No fancy PS brushes just a standard kit. The background is an image that was filtered and color modified to fit the mood of this particular portrait.
